The fence system below was well weathered. Many of the posts were loosened, boards were broken and vegetation was growing into the fence. The age of the fence was well over 10 years and the owner wanted the fence replaced.
After an inspection of the fence, we discussed restoration instead of replacement. We found over 90% of the fence was salvagable with minor adjustments and a good cleaning. Finally we added a high quality stain to protect the wood and also improve the appearnce of the fence and property.
